Things worth knowing

  • We don't take on client work for hire, so those enquiries get a polite no fairly quickly.
  • Appeals sent from a second account get ignored, and the account gets banned as well.
  • Found an exploit? Send it here rather than posting it. We've rewarded people for that.
  • Lost progress needs reporting within seven days, before the backup rotates out.
  • We read everything. We don't always reply to "hi" on its own, though.
