The terms that apply to this website, our Roblox experiences and AXIOM Anticheat.

1. Who these terms are with
This website and the CypherX Interactive brand are operated by Spheres Hosting LLC. By using the site or our experiences you agree to these terms.
2. Our games
Our experiences are published on Roblox and are also governed by Roblox Corporation's Terms of Use and Community Standards. Where those terms are stricter, they apply. CypherX Interactive is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
3. Fair play
You may not use exploits, injectors, automation, duplication glitches or any other method of gaining an unfair advantage, and you may not sell, transfer or buy accounts or in-experience items outside the official Roblox systems. Accounts that do so may be warned, restricted or permanently banned by AXIOM Anticheat or by our moderation team.
4. Purchases
In-experience purchases are made through Roblox and are subject to Roblox's payment and refund policies. Virtual items are a limited licence to use them within the experience; they are not property and carry no cash value.
5. Enforcement and appeals
Enforcement is graduated. Where AXIOM Anticheat detects suspected cheating, your session may be moved to an isolated instance in which no progress, rewards, purchases of in-experience currency effects or other changes are saved to your account, and which resets when you rejoin a public server. Accounts confirmed to be cheating may be restricted or permanently banned.
Enforcement actions are recorded with the evidence that triggered them. If you believe an action was wrong, contact support@cypherxinteractive.com with your Roblox username and the approximate time. We review appeals in good faith, and our decision after review is final.
6. Intellectual property
The CypherX Interactive name and logo, SMFT: Gods, PlushX Tycoon, AXIOM Anticheat, and the content of this website are owned by Spheres Hosting LLC. You may use our logos and key art for news reporting and reviews without alteration; anything else needs written permission.
7. AXIOM Anticheat
AXIOM is licensed separately under a written agreement. Nothing on this website grants a licence to use, copy or redistribute it. No anticheat system detects every exploit, and we make no guarantee that it will.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep our services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spheres Hosting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our experiences.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
