Who we are

CypherX Interactive is a brand of Spheres Hosting LLC ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for information collected through this website and our Roblox experiences. Contact us at privacy@cypherxinteractive.com.

What we collect

Contact details you give us — name, email address and the content of any message you send through the contact form or by email.
In-experience data — Roblox user ID, progression and gameplay state needed to save your progress and operate our games.
Security telemetry — gameplay events processed by AXIOM Anticheat to detect exploitation, together with any resulting enforcement record.
Technical data — standard server and error logs generated when you use the site or our services.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries you send us.
To operate our games, save progress and provide player support.
To detect, investigate and act on cheating, fraud and abuse.
To keep our services secure, available and working correctly.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics that profile you across other sites.

We do use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint visitors and reports only aggregate figures such as page views and referrers. Cloudflare also processes requests to this site as our hosting and security provider. If we ever add analytics beyond this, we will update this notice before enabling it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who host or support our systems, and where we are legally required to do so. Gameplay on Roblox is also subject to Roblox Corporation's own privacy policy, which we do not control.

Messages sent through the contact form on this website are delivered into a private channel in our Discord workspace, so the name, email address and message you provide are processed by Discord Inc. under their own privacy policy. We also record the country your request came from, to help us spot abuse. We do not send your IP address to Discord. If you would rather not use Discord, email us directly at the addresses on our contact page instead.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Gameplay and security records are kept while your account is active with us and for as long as needed to enforce our terms and handle appeals.

Children

Our games are played on Roblox, which has a substantial young audience. We collect the minimum data required to run the experience, and we do not knowingly request personal details from children beyond what Roblox itself provides.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Write to privacy@cypherxinteractive.com and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.

We will post any changes to this notice on this page and update the date above.
